JIRA, App Annie, Any one Analytics Tool (A e),Kibana Dashboards, Grafana ,Glassbox, Medallia
- Minimum 7+ years of Experience.
- Should be able to capture and analyze the logs and work with Dev teams to drive the issue to closure
- Should have experience working as a Technical Analyst and good analytics knowledge.
- Should have experience Analyzing and capturing trends and submit trend report on daily basis to customer.
- Working Experience on Mobile Apps Feedback Analysis.
- Should be able to simulate customer feedback reported.
- Should be able to work with the end to end teams and drive the issues to closure
- Should be able to work with Verizon Business & Product Owners to highlight the Feedback trend and submit Analytics report
- Should prepare a daily report on the customer feedback end to end (In-App, Store feedback) and share the trends
- Should be able to correlate the PROD bugs alongside customer feedback and monitor the trend
- Should be able to categorize the customer feedback and prioritize the issues and work alongside business.
