Role Description :
Manage support process for a core support team during the KT and Steady state phases.
Monitor and manage agreed support SLAs.
Facilitating meetings for the team. This includes, preparing, moderation & post processing
Holding status and governance calls
Mediating through conflicts in a proactive and self-driven way
Mediating the general conflict of goals between team and providing feedback to the team
Deliver defects as per agreed plan
Keeping in touch with every stakeholder regularly
Helping the team to continuously improve their process
Skills - ITIL Framework, Core Support Process, Project Management
Minimum Experience : 8
