Task-Based I&IT Consultant - Level 2 Toronto, ON Must haves: Experience in investigating issues, troubleshooting, and resolving cases for MIS: MS GP 2016 Solution for Healthcare clients Experience in performing root-cause analysis, providing workarounds, and resolving complex issues with MIS Solution components, MIS environment Strong communication skills and demonstrated expertise providing ongoing Tier 2 support. Assets: Public Sector experience Task-based I&IT Consultant, Level 2 will be required to: Provide daily ongoing Tier 2 subject matter expertise to clients with MS GP 2016, BSSI HFM and Logibec MMS through the Footprint ticketing system or other mechanism; Prioritize regularly scheduled support activities along with often unscheduled support requests with a high level of responsiveness and time sensitivity; Identify application defects and assist in trouble shooting root cause; Liaise between users and other team members including Database Administrators (DBA's), System Administrators, Network Administrators, Privacy and Security Specialists, and Software Subject Matter Experts; and Follow all established Service Management process and identify opportunities for improvement Must Have Knowledge & Skills/Experience Requirements: Microsoft Great Plains 2016 BSSI HFM Logibec MMS Quadrant Workforce, high level AD account creation
