About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Tableau solutions that support risk reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Tableau Prep and Tableau Workbooks, along with a solid understanding of risk metrics and data visualization best practices.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and workbooks for risk metrics and reporting

Build and manage Tableau Prep flows (Prepflows) for data preparation and transformation

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions

Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and adherence to visualization standards

Support enhancements, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing Tableau assets
Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role

Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep

Hands-on experience creating Prepflows and complex Tableau workbooks

Experience working with risk metrics, risk analytics, or risk reporting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial services, banking, or risk management domains

Prior experience working in an onsite, collaborative environment
