Software training to students, faculty and staff – 10%

Learning technology systems testing for upgrades, improvements or other adjustments – 20%
Troubleshoot learning technology issues for students, faculty and staff – 20%
Qualifications:
2 years of college and 2 years’ experience
Skills:
MS Office Suite
Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
LMS/CMS (D2L preference)
Web conferencing
