Description:
The Systems Specialist is responsible for administering and managing the applications that support our mission-critical business processes. This position will support our internal implementation of Marketing Cloud that enables us to keep in constant contact with our Customers. The successful candidate will be technically savvy and enjoy collaborating with peer groups including IT, Marketing and Tech & Products. Daily activities will include, but are not limited to, resolving technical and functional support issues, performing trend analysis and identifying enhancements to reduce support requests, and collaborating with internal Stakeholders on how to the most out of the Marketing Cloud platform. The candidate must be agile and able to support multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
Review support cases for technical and troubleshooting accuracy.
Assisting customers in troubleshooting their custom code, integration, and implementation of Salesforce products. This involves debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring issues are fully resolved.
Developing and maintaining technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality.
Demonstrating exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.
Creating knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency while also empowering and enabling the greater support community.
Proactively monitor and respond to Marketing Cloud system events and alerts
Manages tasks and projects in a fastpaced support environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution

Required Skills:
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
2+ years prior experience
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Demonstrated analysis, problem-solving and skills troubleshooting expertise
Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL
Understanding and experience reading/writing HTML
Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification

Desired Skills:
Proven experience or expertise in the following
Database and relational data structures
SQL Query assistance troubleshooting, optimizing, etc
Large scale, multitenant production environments
Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs for the Marketing Cloud
Software Design Lifecycle
Strong experience with AMPscript, SSJS, and other web development languages
Journey Builder
Automation Studio
Contact Builder
Email Studio
Marketing Cloud SFTP
Marketing Cloud Connect
Salesforce Administrator (201) Certification
Experience with working with software product development team on feature enhancements
Experience with working with software product development team on feature enhancements
Understanding of best practices of software deployment implementations, including design patterns, release management, deployment strategies, and testing best practices
