Job Description: Systems Analyst Santa Clara, CA (3 days onsite 2 days remote, once they build credibility with the team there can be more remote work) Contract to Hire Systems administrator, data management, helpdesk manager (Operations Manager) Systems Administrator (ERP)/Data Management: Internal resource for all requests for consolidation, documentation of integration & automation, analyze, and make recommendations with supporting data for the process improvements related to WIP They are currently leveraging outside consultants who support their 3 ERPs system and they have been the ones advised on business process. They want to bring this in house. This person would be hands on, but could also lean on the technical consultants for certain tasks. There is lots of data that needs to be cleaned up (i.e. on exchange their global directory is a mess Skills required: SharePoint reporting, Power BI, SQL, Sage Accounting, project management Helpdesk Manager (only 10% of the job) this part is a nice to have. If we can't find anyone with help desk experience, they prefer the exp with SP, BI, SQL, etc Manage the help desk team and evaluate individual and team performance, Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk team's productivity, Work with infrastructure, security and network teams to resolve customer issues Skills required: 3+ years of Help Desk Management experience in a mid-large multi-site organization they have 4 sites and 2 Help desk techs.
