Job Title: Systems Analyst
Location: Durham, NC
Duration: 6 months (with strong possibility of extension)

W2 Only

Special Instruction:
Looking for a TECHNICAL SA here - with Scrum Master responsibilities.
Needs-
1. Some exposure to a UI development team in previous projects 
2. experience in Agile for over 3+ years. 
3. Technical API knowledge (Rest, API, or Soap)

Description:
(WS) Digital Platforms Technology team designs, develops, implements and supports WS’s suite of Internet products and services. The Digital Platforms development team focuses on delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Client is searching for a senior systems analyst to manage the development and delivery of our solutions offered to our plan sponsor clients.

The expertise they are looking for:
6+ years of experience in Systems Analysis
Strong technical exposure and experience in web application development a plus
Hands on experience managing dependencies and bringing blockers to resolution
Experience leading, influencing and collaborating in a matrix-managed environment and across multiple, diverse groups
Experience leading team as scrum master. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) a plus
Bachelor''s degree in MIS/Computer Science or related field a plus
The purpose of your role:
You will work with squad leads to understand business objectives and translate those objectives into technical specifications.
You will support your team in the development and delivery of those requirements into production. 
You will also step in as scrum master as needed for various tasks/ceremonies. 
This role will require collaboration between business and technical partners to deliver what our business partners need.
In this role, you will own the outcome of stories you are assigned and dependencies you are tracking.
