Long term contract Ticket/Service Management and operations Participate in after-hours on-call activities, by responding to alerts within 30 minutes and working issue to closure by resolving the issue or escalation within escalation tree (which includes federal staff/management Develop and maintain user, system operations, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), infrastructure diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), testing procedures, implementation plans and other documents as necessary. Use Established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and take ownership of developing and modifying SOPs to improve process or address gaps. Monitor and resolve issues. Ensures unresolved issues are logged and communicated to DIS management. Create, manage and deliver reports to show trends, or problems and develop remediation plans to address issues. Deploy, monitor, renew, install and revoke TLS certificates using Government provided PKI. Provide recommendations for enhancements to technical representative and COR. For approved remediation, develop and execute plans to address these problems. Storage, Backups/Recovery Ensure HPE OneView products/application complete application backups on a nightly basis. Create and manage backup policies for Veritas NetBackup, NetApp, and Azure backups for all systems ensuring either all systems are backed up or have a approved documented exception Ensure storage systems (includes controllers/ subcomponents, disk shelves/disk and Fiber switches, tape library components and subsystem tasks such as deduplication) are running optimally at all times and provide recommendations/actions taken/issues resolved in a monthly report Compute/Server management. Provision and deliver virtual and physical servers (on premise and in the cloud This includes Windows/Linux Operating Systems, VMware hosts, VMware virtual appliances, Cloud virtual machines, Containers. Servers shall be delivered to customers within 3 days of service request. IAM Identity and Access Management Perform Active Directory operations/maintenance.
