Job Title: Mobile Client Engineer (Intune Client Engineer)

Job Description:

The Mobile & Client System Engineer will be supporting the Mobile and Client Computing team to support and enhance the management of our endpoints with tools such as: em>Autopilot, Intune, JAMF, Workspace One, PowerShell, and other toolsets with customer experience/productivity and security in mind./em> This person will work closely with the Service Delivery team to understand, communicate, and manage priorities to support modern desktop delivery. This role would be responsible for working with the OEM’s to em>develop and manage the Autopilots experience, administrating and managing endpoints with Intune and Workspace One, application packaging/deployment, patching, and configuration management while maintaining a safe and secure computing environment./em>

Responsibilities and Skills Required:

li>Experienced in Windows 10, iOS, Android, and MacOS operating systems on various hardware form factors/li>
li>Monitor and administer security tools such as: Antivirus, ERP, MDM, Intune, Policies, etc. to improve the health of all mobile and client platforms, and meet requirements established in service delivery standards./li>
li>PowerShell scripting to automate remediation efforts before T1 & T2 initiate manual remediation./li>
li>Build positive relationships with Information Security partners and Service Delivery teams./li>
li>Report data, communicate, and educate teams on the overall security and health of our endpoints. /li>
li>Coordination with Service Manager and Engineer to determine priorities, processes, and requirements./li>
li>Coordination and communication with customers to ensure best user experience./li>
li>Supporting the Mobile & Client ticket support queue. Certifications/li>
