Role: System Engineer Location: Bothell, WA Duration: 3 months Type: C2C System Reliability Engineer for the Collaboration and Productivity organization. The position will work to support O365 and the hybrid email environment including Microsoft Exchange. Familiarity with patching, upgrading versions, managing DLs and supporting SLT requests. Working closely with our product owners, partner teams, and applications owners, the focus will be to enhance the overall Collaboration environment. Three years experience required. Enterprise Core Competencies Requires competency in Microsoft Exchange, Mail flow troubleshooting using message tracking and tracing, Office 365 Security and Compliance center, Azure sign-in troubleshooting for mail on various devices and apps (outlook mobile outlook app, IOS native client, nine), O365, creation and management of distribution lists, and dynamic distribution lists. Job Duties and Responsibilities * Tier3 engineer for all Microsoft Exchange issues. * Enhance reporting and monitoring tools. * Communicates with business customers and other stakeholders during outages. * Utilize skills to test new functionality and document results. * Create deliverables for Tier1/2 support teams. * Experience with the implementation of Exchange security best practices is a must. * Collaborate/Partner with other teams including senior leaders, business customers, and security teams. * Assist in knowledge transfers to Tier2 contract resources. Qualifications Minimum Required * Minimum 3 Years' Experience in Microsoft Exchange support. * Minimum 3 years professional experience designing and developing enterprise collaboration architectures. * Experience mentoring other members of technical staff. * Experience working with vendor management. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
