Job Description:
Customer needs to ensure that its applications and systems are compliant with SOX, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC1 and
SOC2 regulations. This role is responsible for design and implement a global standard solution that will automate the
database user access management process and will integrate the process with Aon's security control systems.
Responsibilities:
Partner with IT security teams (GSS) for implementation of the database access management process
Design and develop solutions to standardize database user access and permission management process
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to operations teams
Assist service delivery team to deploy solutions
Required Experience:
Window/Unix/SQL scripting and automation experience is required (Powershell, SQL, ksh etc)
Knowledge of database administration and operation is required (MS SQL server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Knowledge in database security control in authentication and authorization is required
Knowledge of IT security controls (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC1 and SOC2) manifestation in large global
corporations with regional and local presence is preferred.
Ability to investigate, question and interpret internal and external IT security and compliance issue is required.
Ability to effectively communicate with leadership teams from different functions
