WMS Operations Systems Support Analyst ; (WMS stands for Warehouse Management System)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics, or related field or 4+ years of Systems related experience
Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Two to four (2-4) years of related experience.
Strong computer skills, with particular focus on spreadsheet, database, and word processing software.
Proficient at writing SQL queries.
Ability to operate with little supervision.
Working knowledge of logistics and/or transportation operations.
Demonstrates ability to train others.
Ability to use the on-site WMS (Warehouse Management System Manhattan is the current system.
Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
Ability to use site-specific technology and/or site reporting tools (e.g., Oracle, MYSQL, SQL Servers, web development languages)
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to adapt to changing conditions, operational needs, and customer needs
