Note: Selected candidates need to be on board Onsite. They need to pick their on- boarding documents and equipment manually. No expenses will be paid for travelling

The Client is seeking a System Analyst to work with both internal staff and external clients to optimize processes and support the design, development and delivery of Clients statewide digital lock solution. The System Analyst reviews user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports. The System Analyst provides technical assistance and support for applications and hardware problems and for information sharing with external entities in a customer service environment. The System Analyst provides field coordination and planning for the effective use of management information systems. The System Analyst determines operational, technical, and support requirements for the location, installation, operation, and maintenance of various field equipment and systems. The System Analyst will develop diagrams and process documentation. The System Analyst must also prepare documentation to explain the implementation so that both technical staff and executive management can understand the lock management system and processes. The System Analyst must propose alternative solutions that balance cost and benefit, and adequately test the possibilities for business and technical compatibility.

Responsibilities to include:

Understand the operational systems of a client in order to discover and document required modifications to improve both business and technical processing.

Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.

Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.

Configure and distribute new digital locks and keys added to the environment.

Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.

Support Root Cause Analysis to identify system gaps and deficiencies that require a business, technical or blended approach for resolution

Diagram, document and update existing processes and data flow diagrams, so that both technical staff and executive management can understand what must be done.

Propose alternative solutions that balance cost and benefit, and work with System Admin to adequately test a solution s feasibility for business and technical compatibility.

Collaborate with staff, vendors, consultants, and contractors as they are engaged on tasks to formulate, detail and test potential and implemented solutions.

Ensure documentation of requirements and uses cases are completed.

Participate in UAT to accept the key management software solution.

Report to management on status of work for milestones and deliverables.

Provide analysis for opportunities to define and measure progress with metrics present findings to project team and management for adoption and implementation.

Provide analysis and documentation for continuous improvement and drive to excellence within the Functional Analyst, QA and Testing team.

Possess Strong experience in creating business process models.
