Job Description :

Title: Informatica/SnapLogic System Administrator

Work Type: Hybrid 2-days in Office, 3-days remote

Location: Owings Mills, MD.

Role:

  • Provide first line support of ETL admin mailbox support requests on tasks spanning all supported platforms and environments dev, qual, prod.
  • Engaged on multiple significant upgrade projects (PowerCenter, IDQ, MDM, TDM, PowerExchange, Jaws) assisting development teams on migrating code and troubleshooting technical issues that may arise
  • Provide platform support tasks for IICS AMI refreshes & upgrades, SnapLogic deployments
  • This contractor must work on daily support tickets which will range from 900 to 1100 tickets per 6 months which include platform upgrade support tasks that generally involves longer duration to complete the ticket
  • This position also be part of on call support and provide resolution for production issues that may come for supported platforms.

 

Top Skills:

  • Provide administrative support for Informatica and SnapLogic platforms ensuring platform operational health
  • Assist in the planning and execution of Informatica and Snaplogic upgrades, AMI refreshes, patching etc.
  • ETL Admin mailbox support of requests
  • On call rotation 24x7 support
  • Troubleshoot/diagnose technical issues for resolution Capability: The technical skills required in support our Informatica products suite (Power Center, Data Quality, Information Life Cycle Management, Test Data Management, MDM, IICS), JAWS analytics and SnapLogic

  • responsible for onboarding new projects in platforms like Snaplogic and should be able to support them technically
