3.Troubleshooting skills on LaptopDesktopMobile Device Management Softwares

4.Printer and Network Troubleshooting

5.Experience supporting Win 10, Office 365 applications

Good to have

1.Communication skills

2.Power or any scripting knowledge

3.Knowledge on application packaging or image management using MDT

4.Rigor to work for customer satisfaction and end user experience

5.Team skills

6.Eagerness to research and explore new equipment, hardware and software technology.
