Work Requirements:
The systems administrator will install, configure, and document all software installs in the environment.
Job Duties consist of the following but not limited to:
1. Software Installation and documentation
2. 1st & 2nd level support for licensed software Issues
3. Working knowledge of JAVA
4. Resolve tickets within the SLA requirements
5. Customer Follow Up
6. Remote Support
7. Work closely with other team members to get issues resolved within a timely manner
The systems administrator is expected to complete all installs and configurations within the allotted SLA timeframe and criteria:
· Ticket Resolution
· Weekly Plan Progress
· Fully operable installation (user access)
