A. Scope of Services: The Client will provide You up to forty (40) Person Days for the following services related to the optimization and implementation of Your current enterprise architecture and Your separately licensed client products (“Services”).
B. Assist Client with the following tasks related to the optimization and implementation of Your current enterprise architecture and Your separately licensed Client's products (“Services”).:
1. Current Enterprise Architecture: Assist You in creating a document to describe the current state of Your Enterprise Architecture (“Current Enterprise Architecture Document”) which shall include Your:
a. Technological capabilities;
b. Business capabilities and processes;
c. Existing Client Products;
d. Third Party Vendor products; and
e. Hardware/network configurations.
2. Architecture Workshops: Assist You by conducting workshops to design and document Your current and future state architecture with such assistance to include the following:
a. Conduct one (1) workshop session per day, each session up to four (4) hours, for up to four (4) consecutive days during one calendar week, which will include:
1. White-boarding and discussions regarding the following:
a. Product information and sample use cases for Your client product(s);
b. Your current enterprise architecture as described in the current enterprise architecture document; and
c. Documented meeting minutes delivered to You within one (1) business day after the conclusion of the applicable workshop session.
d. At the conclusion of the workshop sessions, Client will create an architecture workshop summary (“Architecture Workshop Summary Document”) which shall include the following items:
1. Summary of discussions of product information and sample use cases involving Your Client product(s);
2. Summary of discussions of Your current enterprise architecture as described in the current enterprise architecture document; and
3. Summary of discussions of Your future state enterprise architecture including Your Client product(s).
3. Future State Architecture: Using the Current Enterprise Architecture Document and Architecture Workshop Summary Document, assist You in creating a future state architecture document (“Future State Architecture Document”) which will include the following:
a. A description of Your future state enterprise architecture including Your Client product(s)
b. A proposed path from Your current state to Your future state architecture, including any intermediary or transitional state(s) that will include:
1. A Work Breakdown Structure (“WBS”) to implement Your separately licensed Client products;
2. An estimated project schedule; and
3. A Level of Effort (“LOE”) estimate describing the estimated time, resources, costs needed to achieve Your future state architecture.
