Qualifications?
Required Experience?
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer facing or customer support role with troubleshooting and problem-solving experience in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in any of the following: Network Security, Security Administration, endpoint security, server security, Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, enterprise cloud, enterprise networking, or enterprise migration
Preferred Experience?
• Prefer experience?Systems Administration, Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory, Security, OS Internals concepts
• Windows Server Operating System knowledge which includes: NTFS/Share Permissions, File Sharing, Performance Monitoring, Event logging, Task Manager, Windows Firewall, User and Group Management
• Scripting and automation (PowerShell or Python, Java, or a similar language)?
• At least 1+ year of cloud experience with any of the major cloud providers, including cloud security, networking, and migration of multi-cloud or hybrid deployments?
• Experience supporting large and complex geographically distributed enterprise environments preferred
• Experience with Linux or Mac administration?
