Role: Support Engineer (2 roles, 1 Onsite, 1 Remote)
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Work Authorization – USC, GC, H4EAD, TN, OPT EAD – who can work directly on our W2
Description / Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple environments (Test and Production)
• Develop script (in Shell, Batch, etc.)) to automate regular operations jobs if needed.
• Help/be-involved in automation of deployments to all the environments through CI/CD pipeline
• Troubleshoot, research, test & extract data for client/internal requests
• Create or update documentation including procedures, policies and network diagrams.
• Respond to all alerts and communicate resolution to all parties
• Coordinate with Dev/Infra/QA/Security/Network/Product-Vendor/etc. teams to solve production problems quickly
• Work closely with internal/external vendors to have issues fixed/updated/maintained.
• Ensure software licenses, web certificate, tokens, etc. are timely renewed.
Must Have Skills & Experiences:
• 5 - 8 years in production support in enterprise set-up
• Knowledge and some experience in supporting distributed software tools involving multiple cloud servers, DBMS, MS Windows Server, etc.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting/researching skills
• Knowledge of Windows Server Admin, Networking, Cloud Infra (AWS / Azure), CI/CD, Enterprise Security, etc.
• Basic scripting and programming skills
• Able to communicate issues to various teams in fast-paced environments
