Role: IT Support Engineer (Endpoint Support with both MAC and Windows Skills)

Location: Providence, RI

Job Description:

·         Responsible for Ongoing-day to day IT Infrastructure project of Client to provide solutions to Internal Users.

·         Experience with Windows and Macintosh (MAC) OS. (MAC is Must have)

·         Will be Providing Support and Meet the SLA Commitment.

·         Responsible for Supporting & Training and New Hire Onboarding Initiatives.

·         Provide uninterrupted services of all the servers and ensure the hardware, operating system and  applications hosted on the server are working optimally at all the times and maintain 100% uptime of all services.

·         Support existing services and roll out of any new services.

·         Co-ordinate with Vendors based on need for Installations and Maintenance.

·         Ensure security metrics are collected periodically and analyze the same for improving controls and maintain compliance levels.

·         Anchor security forensics on a need basis and provide inputs to stakeholders.

·         Participate in BCMS scenarios. Conduct service specific mock drills as per schedule in order to ensure service continuity and perform BCMS related activity.

·         Participate in Audits by providing relevant data in order to assist Auditee for a successful audit. Make use Client Internal tools like Insight, AMANAT and AHD Security Audits and Participate in Vulnerability Assessment of Client IT infrastructure.   Provide user communication on service delivery and support activities.

·         Service Provider Interactions for Support Requirements.

·         Responsible for Optimal Management of Assets and Tracking.

·         Work with the service Owners and enhance service delivery and operational Excellence.

·         Ensure SLA Adherence and Service Uptime, resolve incidents and service requests.   Manage and maintain AV Infrastructure.
