Job Description:
Experience with customer-facing IT support o Troubleshooting and triaging software/hardware/network issues. o Escalation of high-priority issues. o Communication with large groups of users for notification purpose. o Ticketing system experience• Experience with software development tools such as GitLab, PTC Integrity, Jira/Confluence. o Build environments, compilers, etc. would be a plus.• Experience with software procurement o Communication with vendors, obtaining quotes, submitting purchase orders. o Communication with license server management providers. o License activation/troubleshooting, types of licensing (node locked vs. floating, etc).• Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences. o Technical discussions with developers vs. layman terms for others not as strong in the technical field.• Data analysis for metric measurement and presentation.
