Key Responsibilities
· Act as a liaison between IT, Supply Chain, and functional business areas.
· Lead system maintenance and implementation of enhancements, including scheduling, testing, and functional validation.
· Develop and generate recurring reports and complex ad hoc queries.
· Provide system support (SAP table maintenance, mass updates, file uploads, etc.).
· Manage user roles and system access.
· Develop and deliver system-related communications to stakeholders.
· Work independently, requiring guidance only on complex issues.
· Provide direction to Analysts and Associates regarding system support and reporting responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (1 year experience = 1 year college).
· 4+ years of experience in supply chain or financial systems development and maintenance.
· Extensive knowledge of SAP MM functionality (tables, data relationships, and structures).
· Knowledge of supply chain processes (orders, inventory movements, goods receipts, invoicing, payments).
· Proficiency with SQL Server and database design.
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications
· 5–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or financial systems development and maintenance.
· 2+ years of leadership experience.
· MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
· Knowledge of Ariba, SAP BW, and S/4 HANA.
· Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and PM modules.
· Power BI expertise.
· Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
