We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to optimize supply chain operations, improve forecasting accuracy, manage inventory performance, and drive cost efficiencies. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with ERP systems, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, finance, and sales teams.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data and market insights
Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment strategies to avoid stockouts or excess inventory
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, fill rate, inventory turnover, and forecast accuracy
Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability
Perform root cause analysis for supply disruptions and propose corrective actions
Optimize warehouse and distribution processes to improve efficiency
Prepare dashboards and reports for management review
Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
3–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or operations analytics
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query preferred)
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Knowledge of demand planning and inventory optimization tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Understanding of S&OP and integrated business planning
Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and Lean principles
Basic SQL or data analytics knowledge
APICS/CPIM certification
