1.        End to End Mobility Network Test Engineer-Redmond WA-Remote during COVID

The position is a seasoned individual who will validate new product/services E2E (End to End). In such – validating the service from Handset to all internal working in the Mobility network and back.

 

Qualifications:

·          In-depth knowledge of LTE and IMS network architecture.

·          Strong understanding of End-to-End call flows for 4G LTE, and IMS.

·          Profound experience in 4G LTE, and IMS E2E service testing.

·          Strong troubleshooting skills to provide RCA (root cause analysis) on E2E services issues (LTE, and IMS).

·          Knowledge of test methodologies and using test validation tools (Spirent, QXDM, Wireshark, Netscout, and Maveri (RADCOM)).

Desired Qualifications

·          Understanding of 3GPP standards and protocol specifications, particularly those related to Packet Core Nodes serving LTE, and 5G Stand Alone (SA): GGSN, SGW, PGW, SAEGW, SMF, UPF.

Job Description:

The position is part of a team that collaborates with client project teams in the development of workflow automation capabilities. This person is responsible for managing the lab VMs and associated configuration and software installation and upgrades in the lab and in production.

Looking for a Certification & Deployment Engineer to be responsible for the deployment and validation of software applications in a Cloud environment.

 

The individual must be adept in understanding complex enterprise-grade VoIP architectures, partnering with peer organizations, and involved in cross-functional teams in this critical role.  The candidate should possess 5+ years of experience in Devops, Agile, Network Operations, Engineering, IT operations, and technical product/program management of VoIP and/or Mobility services.

 

He/she must possess strong organizational skills, be action oriented, results driven, and work with minimal direction. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are critical in this role.

 

Collaborate to gather and review software requirements/user stories, to assess and test hardware and software interactions. Create and execute automated test plans/strategies utilizing business requirements and collaborate with engineers/architects, clients, etc. to validate test environments, test data and test results, validate outcomes against expected results and produce associated reporting. Responsibilities may include interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing and/or user acceptance testing.

Job Duties

 

·          Test and certify 911 call handling hardware and software and GIS systems with Emergency Services IP Network (ESINet), a call routing application. 

·          Develop and execute test plans, document defects and report test results.

·          Working with call handling equipment and ESInet providers to investigate, determine the root cause and resolve issues.

 

Health

 

·          Candidate must be vaccinated for COVID-19 with an FDA approved vaccine:  Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson and Johnson.

·          Candidate must provide documentation of COVID-19 vaccination to staffing agency and AT&T via secure web site to enter AT&T facilities including 911 test lab.

·          Candidate must be willing to keep vaccination current with any COVID-19 boosters as recommended by the CDC and health authorities. 

 

14.     Mobility Service/Application Certification and DevSecOps Subject Matter Expert- 2 positions

Location-Alpharetta GA/Redmond WA

 

Overview:

 

The subject matter expert (SME) will work on a team of engineers performing Certification and DevSecOps support for services in the AT&T Mobility Services portfolio.  The primary responsibility for the individual is to identify holes in test coverage, analyze requirements, update and execute manual and automated testing efforts, effectively and efficiently test the system applications and the related areas, and perform regressions.  The team’s goal is to ensure that our Services meet the quality standards set by the Service Architects and Product Owners.  Qualified candidates need to be a self-starter and able to operate in a highly dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

 

·         Responsible for the performance of any/all functions involved in the quality assurance and test execution for new and existing applications and interfaces for Mobility Services and Devices.

·         Leverage business and functional requirements created by Product and Key Stakeholder teams to design, develop, analyze, write, and execute test plans and strategies ensuring that the testing efficiently and effectively covers all possible testing scenarios

·         Develop, Test, and Run manual and automated tests and scripts on daily basis ensuring complete test coverage of requirements.

·         Investigate, troubleshoot and verify software defects and other technical issues

·         Determine integrated testing solutions that include cross dependencies between organizations and programs.

·         Develop data and environment strategies utilizing architectural skills and methodology to meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability and security needs.

·         Analyze and report on test progress, status and performance metrics

·         Work with devices/network vendors on issues, log collection, analysis and troubleshooting.

  • Provide on-call support for after hour emergencies and outages
  • Communicate complex technical issues via email and in person.

 

Required Skills/Experience:

 

  • 7+ years of experience working on software products, certification of mobile applications and devices, and Automation related testing
  • Excellent problem solving/debugging/troubleshooting skills to track down the cause of problems and quickly find solutions.  Experience in gathering and analyzing complex customer/network (VoIP and/or Mobility) sessions at the packet level, using tools such as Wireshark, Agilent, Tektronix, Netscope is key.
  • Extensive knowledge/experience with implementation, interworking, troubleshooting, and support of various protocols/architectures including - SIP, IMS, 3GPP, etc.
  • Proficient experience writing code using C++, C#, Python, PERL, Appium, and JAVA.
  • Working knowledge/experience of IP networking (v4 and v6), IP networking protocols, NATing, ACLs, SSL/TLS, VLANs and Routing protocols in the troubleshooting and support realms.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal; skills including effective presentation with a dynamic and “can do” attitude

·         Advanced experience and knowledge of iOS, Android, and Windows Operating Systems and Devices

  • Experience developing game engine technology and testing Mobile, 3D computer graphics/AR/VR, and embedded systems is desired

·         Action oriented, results driven, and work with minimal direction. Attention to detail, adept organizational and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure are critical in this role.

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment supporting multiple projects using a wide variety of technologies
