SuccessFactors Functional Consultant

100% Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The consultant will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to optimize HR processes and ensure smooth system operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for SuccessFactors modules

  • Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors functionalities based on business needs

  • Work on one or more modules such as:

    • Employee Central (EC)

    • Performance & Goals (PMGM)

    • Recruiting (RCM)

    • Onboarding (ONB)

    • Compensation (CMP)

    • Learning (LMS)

  • Perform business process mapping and gap analysis

  • Support integrations with SAP / third-party systems

  • Provide functional support and resolve user issues

  • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams

  • Participate in implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects

  • Conduct testing, user training, and documentation


Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration and support

  • Strong understanding of HR business processes

  • Experience working with workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions (RBP)

  • Knowledge of data models and MDF objects (preferred for EC)

  • Experience with system integrations (nice to have)

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification (nice to have)

  • Experience with SuccessFactors implementation projects

  • Knowledge of SAP HCM / S/4HANA integration (advantage)

  • Familiarity with Fiori / UI concepts (optional)
