About the Role
W e are seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform – OpenStack DevOps Engineer to provide advanced Level III support and drive automation, scalability, and operational excellence in hybrid and virtualized environments. This role requires deep expertise in OpenStack and related technologies, with a strong focus on infrastructure automation, policy enforcement, and high availability.
The position is fully remote, but candidates must be able to work PST business hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
Key Responsibilities

Provide Level III support for OpenStack-based platforms in production environments.

Architect, implement, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure solutions leveraging:

Cisco UCS, Ceph, Neutron, Octavia, Manila, Cinder, Nova, Ironic, and Glance.

Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using Ansible, Terraform, and Pulumi.

Develop and maintain tools and integrations using GoLang and Git-based workflows.

Ensure system performance, security, and high availability across hybrid and virtualized environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as an OpenStack DevOps Engineer (senior-level expertise expected).

Proven hands-on experience with OpenStack architecture and operations.

Proficiency in automation tools: Ansible, Terraform, Pulumi.

Experience with programming/scripting in GoLang.

Strong knowledge of infrastructure components: Cisco UCS, Ceph, Nova, Cinder, Ironic, etc.

Deep understanding of hybrid cloud operations, virtualization, and networking.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.

Strong communication skills in English (native or bilingual proficiency).
