We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect for a hybrid, long-term contract position based in Richmond, VA. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), cloud-native design, and secure cloud solution delivery within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities

Design, review, and implement Oracle OCI-based services and enterprise solutions.

Collaborate with customer agencies, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant cloud architectures.

Conduct technical reviews of projects and infrastructure changes to ensure alignment with security standards and business goals.

Create and maintain architectural documentation including diagrams, reference models, and best practices.

Support implementation, migration, and management of operating systems and enterprise applications in cloud environments.

Provide technical leadership and act as a subject matter expert on OCI cloud operations.

Ensure adherence to industry security and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, PCI, CJIS, FedRAMP).
