Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Customer Care and Communications Platform team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable applications leveraging modern technologies such as GraphQL, AWS, and Node.js. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in hybrid work environments and brings expertise in building resilient, customer-focused platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and resilient distributed systems.

• Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js.

• Establish and enforce coding best practices, including peer code reviews.

• Enable and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing and deployment.

• Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy solutions on AWS.

• Contribute to features built with React/React Native (preferred).

• Troubleshoot and triage production and integration issues for API consumers.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously enhance platform performance.

Required Technical Skills

• 5–10 years of full stack software engineering experience.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.

• Hands-on experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

• Experience with relational, key-value, or document-oriented databases.

• Proven expertise in building and deploying applications on AWS.

• Familiarity with React/React Native is a strong plus.
