Job Title : Product Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Manager to support the delivery, quality, and reliability of ResX applications for one of our enterprise clients. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in backlog management, ticket triage, QA/testing, and stakeholder communication. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day delivery, track KPIs, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Backlog Management
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to groom and prioritize the product backlog.
    • Ensure clarity and alignment on upcoming features and fixes.
  • Ticket Triage & Assignment
    • Manage incoming tickets via JIRA, ServiceNow, and email.
    • Route requests to the appropriate technical or business teams.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Validate issue resolution and support defect tracking.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as a liaison between product teams and business SMEs.
    • Provide regular status updates and maintain effective communication.
  • Reporting & Metrics
    • Track and report on KPIs, SLAs, and system performance.
    • Maintain reporting dashboards using tools like Power BI and Clarity (PPM).
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 1+ year of experience in a product, QA, or project support role
  • Strong knowledge of product backlog management and agile workflows
  • Proficient with ticketing tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow
  • Experience in test planning and execution (manual or automated)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools
  • Familiarity with project portfolio management tools such as Clarity (PPM)
