Job Title : Frontend Developer (React)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer with strong React.js expertise to join our client’s dynamic development team in Bentonville, AR. The ideal candidate will focus on developing robust, reusable, and high-performance user interface components while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the infrastructure stack.

This role emphasizes quality, maintainability, and performance and is ideal for developers passionate about building scalable, user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new user-facing features using React.js and Node.js.

  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.

  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.

  • Collaborate with backend developers, UX designers, and other team members to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless functionality.

  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and bug resolution to maintain high code quality.

  • Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in React.js development.

  • 6+ years of experience with Redux for state management.

  • 6+ years of experience in JavaScript, including ES6+ features and DOM manipulation.

  • Strong understanding of React workflows (Flux, Redux) and component lifecycle management.

  • Experience with Node.js and modern frontend build pipelines (Webpack, Babel, NPM).

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authentication mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Tokens).

  • Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js) and isomorphic React is a plus.

  • Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Familiarity with modern front-end tools and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or similar.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
