Job Title : AEM Product Owner

Location: Charlotte, NC,Hybrid

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Product Owner with a focus on A e Experience Platform (AEM). This role offers the opportunity to lead the optimization of a powerful marketing platform to help drive impactful digital experiences for Ally Financial. The successful candidate will have expertise in product management, marketing technology, and A e Experience Platform (A e Analytics, A e Audience Manager, A e Target). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives and ensure continuous platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A e Product Management: Lead the optimization of A e Experience Platform to meet marketing objectives. Prioritize product features, manage the product backlog, write epics, capabilities, and user stories, and make informed decisions on product features and priorities.

  • Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a roadmap for platform enhancements, upgrades, and new features. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.

  • Survey Platform Management: Oversee the intake process for the digital experience survey platform, ensuring its smooth integration with existing and new platform features.

  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and break them down into actionable work units.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly engage with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and other teams to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure alignment on key initiatives.

  • Product Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor platform performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive solutions that enhance product performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on marketing technology.

  • Expertise in A e Experience Platform (A e Analytics, A e Audience Manager, A e Target).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

  • Ability to balance competing priorities and requests in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to structure and analyze business problems and recommend effective solutions.

Desired:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Experience with survey platforms and digital experience tools.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
