Experience with IBM Sterling Order Management System as application architect.
Experience and deep knowledge of the retail industry and IBM order management solution suite .
Develop end to end Order management Architecture based on Sterling Order management suite.
Solution projects using Sterling UI like store and Call center both RCP and Web version.
Requirement analysis fit-gap analysis and estimation.
Define enterprise architecture for large enterprises involving order management logistics payments and customer experience.
Implemented order management capabilities like Ship-to-home ship-from-store ship-to-store pickup in store reverse logistics. Experience of working closely with customers to help influence and guide their decisions.
