Technical Skills
Has considerable experience (10-15 years of hands-on development) in enterprise UI architecture.
Drives architecture and design discussions (what Java frameworks to use, middleware techniques, integration frameworks with DB)
Understands complexities around client/server architecture and recommends / implements best practices.
Has implemented and handled large complex high availability web applications.
Ability to Program single-page applications using (Angular/ Ember / React / Backbone / Nodejs
Web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
Responsive UI design (e.g. using Bootstrap4)
Strong communication skills - can communicate at different levels, senior leadership, enterprise architects to propose architecture guidelines and software development principles.
Develop UI coding standards for team and ensure/certify code quality.
Is hands-on and can resolve coding / performance issues.
Experienced in Agile-based development approach.
Client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery and Angular (Angular JS 4/6 -Mandatory)
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and other relevant staff members or stakeholders
Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
3+ years of front-end frameworks experience (e.g. Angular 2+, Typescript, LESS or SASS, JavaScript, Bootstrap)
