Facets is the number 1 priority. Candidates without Facets will not be considered.
Troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux; administering Windows Server 2012 and 2016, Linux/UNIX, Power Shell and other forms of scripting, and broad experience in Active Directory and Citrix.
· Expertise in Facets CMU / NetworX / CTP installation/configuration.
· Experience installing Facets in short lived, self service create and destroy environments
· Experience installing in hosted environment and/or Facets containerization
· Experience working with multiple health plans
Responsible for the design of comprehensive server application solutions to meet business needs. This includes working independently, within Information Services (IS), with the business side and as a consultant to project teams to assure appropriate and effective use of server applications in support of IS and business goals. Assures due consideration is given to the development of operational procedures, processes and support materials to assure desired change. Offers additional technology leadership opportunities in the form of coordination of collaborative technical activities (like system maintenance weekend or general after hours work), targeted technology research and development (R & D) of emerging system application technologies and expanded technical mentoring of junior staff.
