Job Description :
This Strategy Consultant role is in an individual contributor role and will be part of a small strategy team within CTO organization. Key success factors for this role include: initiative, resourcefulness, confident interim decision making to create deliverables on time as well as highly articulate written communication.

Key focus area for this role include:

Facilitate the analysis and assessment of technology industry trends, growth opportunities, product innovations, operating frameworks and business strategies
Utilize big picture thinking in order to identify underlying dynamics, drivers and dependencies shaping the business environment under review
Research and summarize findings in a quick turnaround, capturing relevant facts and context needed for informed executive decisions
Create deliverables with a sense of urgency
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in digital transformation/cloud technologies roles
Experience in business consulting or consultative selling is preferred
Previous experience with CI/CD, APIs is required, and SRE, platform management and cloud technologies is preferred.
Demonstrating Technical Leadership - differentiating yourself by having a strong focus on both technology and industry
Desired Requirements:

Superior writing and editing skills with experience preparing material for publication
Strategic leadership experience creating and achieving a desired future state / vision through influence on individual and group goals, reinforcements and systems
Experience in data analysis with business activity and performance data, to inform commentary on trends, opportunities, and cost/benefit assessments
Proven success achieving objectives requiring a high level of cooperation from other parts of the organization to collaborate, initiate action planning, manage change, as well as make high impact decisions that advance the progress of the organization
Proven collaboration/facilitation ability; team player and collaborator with demonstrated success in leading, influencing, motivating and building strong internal/external business relationships in a heavily matrixed organization
Excellent problem solving and analytic capabilities utilized to identify root cause improvement opportunities, as well as designing approaches/programs to address those issues
Experience delivering dynamic presentations to business and all levels of the organization
