Job Description:

As a Senior Software Analyst on the Non-Production Operations team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Lead the Process definition, tools definition, and operations RCA analytics of a Non-Production Environment
• Help with Non-production project planning, Release management reviews.
• Partner with the team to ensure the availability of a non-prod environment for critical business flows and help make decisions on critical code drop approvals.
• Help the team to adhere to strategies, policies, and standards defined by TMO architecture, security team.
• Define & implement the best coding & application security practices for the team and partners.
• Highly involved in RCAs and leading the discussion for short-term and long-term issue resolution, supported with efficient reporting and follow-ups.
• Represent in Project PI discussion and provide inputs on behalf of the TMO test architecture domain.
• Lead the collaboration of Incident, Change, and Problem Management programs within Operations.
• Collaborate with teams (Domain, Test, Engineering) to build a release plan followed by the successful release execution.
• Provides on-call and after-hours support as required for critical production releases and to respond and provide active resolution support on non-production outages.

The Experience You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of Lead analyst experience, with expertise in SDLC and ITIL concepts.
• Knowledge of End-to-end Architecture of large systems (preferably Telecom) and understanding of integration concepts.
• Expertise in DevOps Testing and ITIL practices (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
• Hands-on experience in optimization of Operations tools including Jira SW, Jira SD based on strong process concepts.
• Experience in designing a strategy for Non-Prod Infrastructure management (Environment Planning) and Production Release management
• Strong background and understanding of Dev, testing and tools concepts to lead the discussions of Problem management.
• Skilled in leading PI Planning discussions, Business Reviews (Product Owner, Scrum Master experience will help)
• Highly Skilled in planning End to End Testing for Complex Systems and Helping with test Automation framework.
• Telecom Domain Expert with experience in Network Engineering and IT Platforms.
• Awareness Git, CI/CD Pipelines, Cloud Concepts (Azure, Docker, Serverless, etc.) Splunk, Rest (Swagger)

Familiarity with:

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate internally, upward, and cross-functionally; ability to collaborate with multi-functional team members to gain support required to accomplish assignments; able to build coalitions.
• Experience in the telecommunications domain or Supply Chain will be a huge plus.
• Familiar with Engineering/ Network end to end testing and NodeJS, Strapi, MySQL, Kubernetes, Angular JS, ReactJS, Nginx and Docker, TDD/BDD
• Awareness of UI, Middleware tools, Cloud computing, GitLab, NoSQL DB’s (Mongo, Redis etc.).
• Current technological trends and developments in the industry.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent education and work experience required.
