Sr ServiceNow IRM PM with Risk Management expertise.

Location: Charlotte, NC

  • Partner with risk officers, compliance leads, internal audit, and vendor management teams to capture and document business requirements
  • Translate credit card and payments-specific risk processes like fraud risk, operational risk, regulatory compliance, and Privacy into ServiceNow IRM, BCM and Privacy functional specifications
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis against out-of-the-box IRM capabilities and recommend configuration approaches that minimise technical debt
  • Document current-state processes and design future-state workflows for risk assessments, control testing, policy management, issue tracking, and regulatory exam management
  • Design Target state processes aligned with the ServiceNow OOTB capabilities.
  • Define risk taxonomies, scoring models, control libraries, and assessment methodologies tailored to the client's risk appetite and regulatory obligations
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria that the configuration team can execute against without ambiguity
  • Serve as the go-to functional expert on ServiceNow IRM modules like Integrated Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management Privacy Management and BCM
  • Advise on integration points with existing systems - GRC tools, ITSM, identity management, fraud platforms, and regulatory reporting systems
  • Identify automation opportunities - continuous control monitoring, automated evidence collection, risk score recalculation triggers
  • Ensure the solution aligns with ServiceNow best practices and upgrade-safe design principles.
  • 10+ years in Program/Project Management/ Delivery Lead (of which 1-2 years maybe as functional analyst, BA, or on GRC / risk management platform implementations).
  • 3+ years hands-on with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, process definition, real solution design experience, not just project oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently within a complex, multi-national Financial Services organization structure, manage stakeholder relationships across internal Business Units and geographies, and drive decisions without heavy oversight.
  • Strong documentation skills, functional specs, process maps, user stories, and test scripts that actually get used
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform fundamentals
  • Comfortable operating in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • IRM Certified Implementation specialist preferred.
