Direct Client Requirement
Contract
Wilmington DE, Columbus OH, Plano TX (Onsite 3 days a week)
Multiple role - Service Now Developer (Roles-4) / Sr. ServiceNow Developer (Roles-3) / Service Now Architects ( Roles- 3)
Job responsibilities:
  • Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.
  • Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
  • Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development.
  • Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
  • Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.
  • Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies.
  • Takes initiative in finding solutions to complex problems, utilizing analytical & problem-solving skills, and possessing adaptability to change.
  • Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:-
  • Formal training or certification on ServiceNow platform concepts and proficient applied experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow Modules
  • Proficient in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide scripting) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular).
  • Has experience working on system integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST API.
  • Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Can debug issues and find new ways of proactive monitoring to ensure platform stability.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Strong communication skills should be able to clarify requirements with stakeholders.
Must Have:-
  • Should be part of core development and Implementation team.
  • Done scripting and Rest API based integrations.
  • Understand converting a Business Requirements to a workflow and implement the same.
  • HR Service Delivery module experience
  • Service portal experience.
