Job Title: Sr. SAP HR (ERP)

Required Skills:
· 8+ years of experience in ERP
· SAP certifications
· Strong experience in SAP HR, HCM, ERP Modules.
· Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle and application lifecycle management
· Expert in IT strategic planning, communications, and financial management
· Proven track record of successful team leadership and development
· Strong strategic thinking and planning for developing IT plans
· Results-oriented with the ability to lead complex IT assignments to completion, on time and within budget
· Highly proficient in MS Office products, most notably MS Excel and PowerPoint
· Able to work independently within a small, dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written), and able to interact across all levels of the organization
