Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 12 Months
Description:
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer will perform full-cycle software development tasks including support.
The individual in this position will be responsible for, but not limited to, gathering requirements, configure/build/customize and Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud application.
Responsibilities
Build and execute campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Design and develop Playbooks, Journey Builders and Triggers to send emails
Work with content builder to create content templates
Create custom landing pages and approval pages using AmpScript, HTML/CSS
Work with automation studios
Work on tracking email clicks and email metrics such as total unique clicks, date bounced subscriber status fields in marketing cloud
Build journeys and custom hub exchange connector
Manage Journey Builder for cross-brand automated journeys across multiple digital channels
Work with various salesforce.com objects Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Campaign, Cases, and Custom Objects
Create custom Profiles, Roles, and Public groups to restrict the data access depending on their job responsibilities
Develop UI using CSS, HTML, Visual Force components and JavaScript
Implement Formula fields, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, Approval Process, Workflow Rules, and Workflow Approvals
Execute Marketing Communications from Service Cloud and Community Cloud
Migrate Data from Sales cloud to Marketing Cloud
Customize Salesforce applications using custom objects, workflows, validations and formulas while adhering to Salesforce best practices
Required Skills
Must have 3+ years of experience of ExactTarget/Marketing Cloud
Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder and Automation Studio
Must have extensive experience with AmpScript
Extensive experience with Apex development and Visualforce Page development
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
Highly skilled in building custom integrations on Salesforce platform
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications
