Job Description :
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior, Salesforce Analyst is responsible for supporting technology objectives that align with business goals in the Enterprise Application Area specific to the Salesforce application. This position requires technical and analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing, solutions that maximize cost structure, revenue, quality, usability and overall customer satisfaction. This position also requires for continuous improvement of the Salesforce architecture along with building relationships with key stakeholders.
1. Conceptualizes and Develops proposed solutions to address the requirements gathered. Able to effectively design end to end systems.
2. Manage and Execute Application Configuration, Development, Administration, and Support activities in service to the internal and external customers. (eg departments, patients).
3. Leads the configuration and optimization of software including creating system modification
4. Expert proficiency in interpersonal communications to effectively train, support, and collaborate productively with clinical and business users, management, and key stakeholders at all professional and technical levels.
5. Makes recommendations at a subject matter expert (SME) level and translates the business and technical priorities into a future architecture roadmap for the Salesforce system.
6. Explore new processes which will improve efficiency and increase knowledge sharing with the collaboration of internal stakeholders.
7. Analyzes platform performance and proposes adjustments, collaborates with software developers and leads implementation.
8. Identifies, researches and implements improvements to existing software to increase performance, user-friendliness and stability includes planning, coordinating, and implementing software updates.
9. Conducts and/or participates in in-service and various educational programs for professional development.
10. Ability to demonstrate an organized and systematic approach in carrying out assignments (i.e. very orderly and excels at cutting through confusion and turning chaos into order). 11. Other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in Healthcare, Nursing, Business, Computer/Information Sciences or an equivalent level of professional experience.
5+ Years' Salesforce experience related IT experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
4+ Years of IT experience integrating Salesforce with EMR/EHR/ERP systems, SQL Server and Web-based applications or a combined equivalent level of professional experience.
