Must-Have Skills & Tools: - Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification;
- Five (5) or more years managing successful, large-scale projects with multiple diverse teams;
- Five (5) or more years of experience in change management methodologies, strategies, and implementation;
- Five (5) or more years utilizing project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, and/or Jira) to track and maintain projects;
- Five (5) or more years of experience with project management methodologies and documentation (e.g., PMO);
- Five (5) or more years of experience in risk and issue management;
- Five (5) or more years of experience facilitating meetings and developing clear documentation;
- Experience creating and presenting status reports to internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to coordinate project teams, lead complex projects, and meet objectives;
- Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills; and
- Proficient in communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-To-Haves Skills & Tools: - Proficiency with ServiceNow and DocuSign;
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci);
- Certification in Agile or Scrum-based Project Management;
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Foundations certification;
- Experience managing projects with a high-volume distributed user base;
- Experience managing state government projects and knowledge of Rule 60GG-1,
- Experience managing vendor projects and working with technical programming teams;
- Ability to take initiative to solve complex problems;
- Knowledge of IT standards in a criminal justice environment;
- Skills in negotiation, mediation, facilitation, and team building; and
- Team player attitude with a high-energy level and diligent work ethic.
