Over 12+ years of Large Scale Program Management (specifically in Cloud ERP Environment
Superior Stakeholder Management Skills and Communications skills (able to present to CIO/CFO in Steering Committees
Very Strong Program Management fundamentals (Planning; Risk Management; Issue Management
Results oriented and a driver who can build consensus and drive successful outcomes.
High Emotional Intelligence - able to navigate complicated stakeholder set and conflicting priorities.
Managed at least 1 or 2 $10++ Million ERP programs with a System Integrator (preferably Big 4

Specific Attributes:
Implemented Full Supply Chain ERP Programs (Warehouse Management; Transportation Management; Inventory Planning and Optimization
Strong fundamentals in Supply Chain function from a technology standpoint.
Strong understanding of BOUNDARY SYSTEMS (Freight Management; Manifesting etc)
