Sr. PAM Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: FTE role w/d Mphasis
Salary: $120-140K, Depend on Experience
Who are we looking for?
The Cyber security delivery team that owns the managed security services for this client, has an opening for a Senior PAM Engineer specialized in Conjur Secret management tool, CyberArk version 11.1 Client ,CyberArk Application Access Manager (AAM)
Technical Skills:
  • Experience of administration and troubleshooting of CyberArk products including Vault, PVWA, PSM, PTA, PSMP and AIM
  • Good hands on with CyberArk Discovery & Audit
  • Analyze PAM system logs and analyzing application, network and other logs as part of troubleshooting.
  • Handle CyberArk issues reported by users and co-ordinate with vendor as needed for troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Experience with analyzing and documenting business requirements and interfacing with system/platform owners
  • Create and update operational documents for management and administration of CyberArk platform and processes for privilege identity management
  • Strong troubleshooting capability & experience
  • Good Knowledge on Linux Red Hat 7, Windows administration, LDAP, AD, IAM and Networking concepts.
  • Added advantage if Conjur PAM skills
  • Hands on Active Directory and LDAP queries
Process Skills:
  • Configuration, optimization and health monitoring of the application and CyberArk installation of upgrades and patches as required
  • CyberArk Client system administration
  • Report as needed to management regarding project status
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for the CyberArk infrastructure
  • Experience with break glass solutions and implementations
  • Work with CyberArk support for ticket escalation
  • Monitoring CyberArk Servers for CPU, memory and disk space utilizations.
  • Configure and checking CyberArk vault periodic backup.
  • Troubleshooting user access issues
  • Account onboarding using PVWA, Bulk upload utility.
  • Monitor PTA dashboard for any s and informing respective teams.
  • Document the operational aspects of the remediation process and security administration
  • Respond to s and notify appropriate stakeholders.
  • Manage s on operational issues with the Client solution.
  • Troubleshooting of operational issues in CyberArk components.
  • Add, change and remove policies, safes, accounts and users based on requests / definitions from.
  • Participate in Disaster recovery Drills organized by the engineering team
  • Execute daily health check on CyberArk components
  • Ensure backup is being taken by CyberArk utility.
  • Advisory on Client related enquiries from
  • Performing failback and recovery after a disaster recovery scenario, coordinated with The Home Depot engineering staff.
  • Capacity and performance monitoring, ing on issues in these areas.
  • Activate, change and deactivate standard platforms in Client
  • Coordination with infrastructure teams to resolve issues in the implemented Client solution
  • Coordinate with other teams like Network, Wintel, SIEM, etc. for troubleshooting any issues in existing integrations and features provided by the respective tools / services
  • Assist in break glass procedures related to CyberArk
  • Minor patches in CyberArk solution. Major Solution upgrade should be treated as project activity where an SME would be dedicated to completing the activity within the timeline
  • Update and maintain the existing documentation and in particular the Operation Guide and run books
  • Incident management
  • Work on the changes opened by associates for CyberArk solution
  • Support security incidents related to the CyberArk environment.
