Role: Sr. Oracle Pl/SQL Developer
Location: Richmond, VA – Hybrid Role (Locals Profiles Only)
Duration: Long Term
*10+ years of experience required

Complete Description:
•    Application integration as a core function of systems development to include experience and knowledge of designing, developing, and supporting applications using the following technologies:
1.    Oracle database (11g and above) 
2.    PL-SQL
3.    Unix Shell Scripting
•    Documenting work to be performed. (i.e. – requirements gathering, design/analysis, technical specifications, code, implementation, and support).
•    Developing and executing database queries to generate reports and aid in data analysis.
•    Learning different technologies, both currently in use and new.
•    Working directly with programming staff and users to analyze and develop innovative applications for improving business operations within various City of Richmond departments. This may also involve learning different technologies - both currently in use and new.

Require/Desire Skills:
- Experience with Oracle database (11g and above) Required    7    Years
- Experience with PL-SQL    Required    7    Years
- Experience with Unix Shell Scripting    Required    7    Years
- Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, design, software evaluation, implementation planning, and testing.    Required    5    Years
- Experience supporting additional languages such as Java    Required    3    Years
- Experience supporting additional technologies/methodologies such as Oracle Forms (10g and above), SQL Server, and web services/service oriented architecture    Required    3    Years
- Experience working with a source control solution such as Revision Control System (RCS) or Team Foundation Server. (TFS) Required    3    Years
- Experience working with reporting technologies such as Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) etc.    Required    3    Years.
