Technical Skill
Preferred Bachelor''s degree in information technology/computer science or engineering field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience supporting Oracle, PostgreSQL and MySQL databases in an enterprise environment.
Sound knowledge of Oracle, Goldengate, PostgreSQL and MySQL with the ability to transfer knowledge to other team members.
Ability to Support RDBMS in both Linux and Windows environments.
Experience in troubleshooting problems and forming a resolution with IT systems and individuals.
Ability to interact with Customer SME’s in a clear, concise, professional manner
Able to make effective decisions in high-pressure situations, with limited management escalation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
