Requirements:

5+ years of experience using Cisco Nexus switches, Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco ISR routers, and Cisco ASR routers in a multi-site environment
5+ years of experience managing firewalls ( Palo Alto or ZScaler )
10+ years of experience troubleshooting TCP/IP and Ethernet networks
3+ years of BGP, OSPF, HSRP, DMVPN, and MPLS
Experience in setting up and troubleshooting issues with IPSec VPN and GRE tunnels
Expert skills with using and diagnosing network captures
Expert understanding and practical experience with network security best-practices
Experience with security systems such as IDS/IPS systems (Tipping Point)
Must have experience with defining network disaster recovery strategies
Must have strong communication skills and ability to work individually, within a team, with other groups and with customers
Must have ability to communicate complex technical problems concisely and professionally to technical and non-technical audiences
Must have experience supporting networks within virtual environments
Proven problem solving skills with an emphasis on quick problem resolution
Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously in a high -pressure environment
Strong ability to manage vendor relationships, including contracts, negotiations, and service levels
Self starter with ability to lead projects working with other functional IT Teams.
