Job Description :
Immediate and exciting opportunity for a Voice Engineer for one the Nation’s Top companies located in Central Ohio.
This opportunity is a long term open ended contract with a rapidly growing enterprise.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of O365
- Detailed Knowledge of MS Teams application
- Run through the server topology and complete understanding of the different server functions
- Expert knowledge of Enterprise Voice and what it takes to support an Enterprise dial plan
- Being able to support the environment from Server, Client and Telephony dial plan
- 3 years minimum (Required) load balancing experience
- 3 years of Cisco 6.5 x through 12.5 hands on build experience
- Hands on remote site voice discovery, design, implementation, and physical build
- Active Directory: Mid- level experience (Required)
- Demonstrated mid-level experience and expert knowledge in the planning, design, troubleshooting, and provisioning of Microsoft Office 365 solutions
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions that have a short term impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers
- Interacts with various management levels may interact with senior management
- Interactions normally involves resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects
- Remotely supports junior engineers on build projects, might require off hours.
