Job Description / What You'll be Doing:
We are hiring for a new role in our Solutions Group. This Group consists of some of the best IT Talent in the St. Louis area. In the Solutions Group, you will be building custom mobile and web applications. We are looking to hire a React Native developer to work on a mobile app for one of our clients. You will be responsible for building a performant mobile app on both the iOS and Android platforms.
- Work as part of a small team to build React Native iOS / Android applications
- Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
- Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
- Integrate third-party API's.
- Write unit and integration tests.
- Release applications to the Apple and Google Play stores.
- Work as part of a team, which will include other developers, a project manager, and a designer.
- Complete sprints and participate in sprint retrospectives and standups.
- Assist with building estimates.
- Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email.
- Track your time throughout the day using Jira
- Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.
Must Haves:
- React Native experience
- Familiar with Typescript (necessary)
- React Query experience (nice-to-have)
- Experience in support and improvement for legacy systems (necessary)
